IP ADDRESS REQUIRED FOR SECURITY

Like many people I travel extensively. My personal NBN account at home is linked to my security, light, door locks etc. All works fine if I’m home and can upgrade the changing dynamic ip I am using. When I’m away and the ip changes I’m in trouble. No cameras for security - no peace of mind. How can I get my current ip remotely? As in now. Can TPG reset the service and give me the ip?

A Dynamic IP address may change whenever your connection restarts; technically every 24 hours or multiple times in a day. 

 

Unfortunately TPG do not have control or access with the new IP Address after the changes.

 

You have an option to get a Static IP however we only offer that with our NBN Business plan.
