Why do 9now detect I am in different state? 

When I watch 9now with my Samsung M7 monitor, 9now app gives me the content in NSW.  I currently live in WA,  don't like watching news in NSW. The app locates my ip address in NSW but not WA. It bothers me a lot, can I get help to solve this? Thanks
