Get online support
I would like to cancel my account as I do not require any of the server but it is impossible for me to get hold of someone to process or at least initiate my process.
I want to do this the right way but i have no way of canceling my account/service.
I don;t want to be billed at later stage because I will be told that I have not cancel my account with TPG.
I have tried multiple time with the chat where I have been waiting for 30 mins and got disconnected - it is very frustrating for something very straight forward.
Much appreciated if this can be escalated ASAP
I am aware that we are all impacted by the COID-19 and I am working from home as well - but I will be much appreciated if someone can get in touch with me.
