Intermittent Connection on ADSL Home Internet

Hi there,

I am having trouble with my ADSL connection. It seems to intermittently drop in and out and we often have red lights flash on and off on our modem. I have restarted our modem but it doesn't seem to have helped. We have a Telstra Modem if that means anything.
