Intermittent connection

Second time asking not resolved initially. I was told that my connection is fine and info given on modem placement. We never had a problem until the past few months and modem and furnishings have not changed. We have to reboot the modem to get back connection. I think it's a modem fault. It happens at various times during the day.
Please help

Thanks for raising this to us, we're able to locate the account and ran an initial test. The result shows no line fault and the service is stable for 1d 5m. In the event that the dropouts you experience is affecting the devices connected via Wi-Fi, this could be caused by Wireless Interference.
