Hi, really hoping someone can help. Over the last three days our internet has dropped out and has now been happening more and frequently. Lodged a report today, no come back to date. We have HFC nbn and tp link VR1600v modem. All four lights on nbn are green and solid but internet light is out on modem, it comes in and out. Occasionally the lights cycle on the nbn box (sometimes two or three times) before being solid again. Turned off, on, disconnected and reconnected etc, driving me nuts, can anyone help.
