Get online support
I have a Netgear D6220 Modem for ADSL2+ Broadband. Recently, my Internet has started dropping out several times a day. The modem lights suggest everything is OK but the modem does not auto re-connect. Resetting the modem restores the connection for a while, but also seems to clear the log, so I cannot tell where the problem lies.
How can I determine if there is a fault with th e modem or the TPG service?
