Internet Connection

we have a NBN bundle account.  We've had no usable connection for over a week.  Impossible to work and study from home.  Tried for a week to get on to TPG through chat support.  Managed to today and then dropped out due to poor connectivity.  You can't call and I can't connect online,  What are you supposed to do if you don't have any internet?

Very very frustrating.
