Our smart TV has access to Netflix but not IView and SBS. The last time this happened it was the internet provider TPG who fixed it when I told them the problem. Our WiFi appears to be working ok.
What is your advice to fix the problem please?

TV app issues are almost exclusively an issue with the TV.

Some TV's do not include all types of apps.

Sometimes un-installing the TV app and re-downloading it can fix the issues.
