Internet Not working since late night.

My internet is not working since yesterday night. My work depends on Internet. Please help me connect to the internet at earliest. Thank you.

Yes, I called technical help desk support and with their guidance, Internet started running. Thq so much.

My apologies for the service disruption. We ran some tests and we can detect that the modem is already up and running. It's been connected for the last 3 hours at least.

 

Let me know if you're still having technical difficulties so we can look into it further.
