Internet Slow, Dropping Out

Over the past 3-5 days, my internet has been unusually slow and dropping out. Usually the internet becomes slow before dropping out. The dropouts happen all throughout the day but are most frequent before 12pm and late at night, sometimes dropping out multiple times within an hour. The issue is always fixed when I go to the Netgear Genie program and tell it to fix the internet. I'm not sure what it does but it works every time. When I do open the program it will, on occasion, ask me to put in my TPG login details.

Hi @SpoodsT, we have checked the status of your connection and we are unable to detect any fault on the line or network at the moment, however, we'd like to identify what is causing the issue.
