Internet connection issue

I has signed up with TPG since 10/7/21 today is 26 is been 16days TPG still can’t get the internet connect . But the worst thing is TPG never explain all trying to contact me at all. I am have to called them try to find out only they can do is I will call you back but never call. Have anyone can give me an answer Why ?
