Hi, we recently changed to 5G NBN unlimited with a new modem installation, and the sales people promised us that our internet connection will be better and faster. But we are disappointed and frustrated of the service for few months now because it’s exact opposite what they promised! We are not happy of the internet connection right now! We should have stayed to our old plan because we don’t have any problems before. Is this kind of service we get for being a loyal customer more than 10 years now. It’s so hard to contact your hotline number as well, either we are being put on hold or waiting for too long. TPG management you have to fix this problem. We are not paying monthly just to get this kind of service! We are hoping to give us immediate action on this asap!!!
