Internet constantly dropping out

Hi,
We have been connected to tpg for several years and we are continually having our internet drop out, this can take up to an hour to get back. When contacting the tpg help desk we are able to get it back and they suggest a new modem. I have had three modems in the past 18 months or so. We no longer bother to call, but the issue is ongoing. Can I please get some advice and assistance

We'll see what we can do on your internet connection and we have to determine if it is the modem that is causing the drop outs. Send us a PM with your TPG customer ID or username please.
