-Internet disconnected Again! It is 4th time to be happened.
Since 12nd Feb, internet is disconnected.
Before that, from 14th Jan to 4th Feb, it was disconnected, so I complainted to the call center and she confirmed the bill will be not charged for the period, HOWEVER, $59 full fee was charged on 1st Feb.
TPG internet recovered for 9 days then disconnected again.
WHAT I REQUEST IS
1. PAY BACK FOR THE FEE I WAS NOT ABLE TO USE INTERNET FOR 22 DAYS!
2. Recover the internet asap.
3. Resolve two issue within a day.
