Internet down AGAIN

I've tried chatting with you online and it has been 4 hours and I've had no response. Our NBN Internet has been down since yesterday and there's no one to contact, no one replies, it's rediculous. Why are we paying for Internet that constantly has problems?

I have similar problem since yesterday in postcode 2096.  Which postcode are you in?
