Just wanting to know the best way to get in contact with Tech support. Attempted many times to start a chat but they keep stating that they are busy and to try again later. I haven’t had internet for 2 days. Re started the modem many times with no success. Others in my street had similar issues with telstra. Their internet returned last night. I live on hermitage road in Newtown victoria.
