Internet is down for 3 days in my place, someone please tell me how to seek help. I tried customer helpline & never got answered. No reply for the chat support, I'm disappointed with the service. Is this common with TPG or only for me???
I have checked your account and can see NBN have advised your modem is faulty and needs replacing. We have arranged for a replacement modem to be shipped out. Once you receive your replacement modem this should resolve your connection issue.
