I cannot connect on your NBN network.
I appreciate there is unprecedented usage and I am sure you are doing unprecedented amount of work but it’s not good. You are still charging me as if I am getting full service. Is that reasonable. Please tell me when I expect the service for which you are charging me. This comes via Telstra mobile data! I look forward to hearing from you. Andrew.
