Internet drop outs

Hi,
Our internet frequently drops out. The lights that are left on the modem are the power, 2.4G and 5G. I would say this issue happens at least once a week which is extremely frustrating. I have re set the modem multiple times this morning with no success.
Can you please let me know why this may be happening.
