Hi TPG support,
Our internet has been dropping out every few minutes over the past week. It will appear connected on our devices, but then we won't be able to load any browsers, videos, emails etc.
All light signals on the modem/router appear normal, we have tried restarting the modem, devices etc and no fix.
I just changed our plan to the NBN 50 last night, but this didn't solve the issue. Our modem is about 4-5 years old now and have had it since we first connected on NBN.
