Internet has progressively got worse and in the past week, has speeds on wifi of less than 1mbps. I am in the nbn 50 plan. Even the wired PC's have slowed.
The router is a Huawei hg659 on firmware b111
I have spent a couple of hours with online chat with only suggestion being to run speed test. Kept losing connection, and never finished the call. Chat email not found.
I'd like to find out if it's the line, NBN box, a device, or router so that it can be resolved. Any ideas?
