TPG my internet has been down for days. Literally no connection so I can't work from home, can't watch tv, can't use the internet. All a massive invonvenience while stuck at home in lockdown. What's more I can't get through to anyone at TPG to assist. I get that we are in an exceptional situation but surely you should foresee the issues with everyone working from home and have more staff available online to assist. I NEED MY INTERNET to be able to function while stuck indoors at home. Can someone please contact me ASAP to assist? I will not be paying for TPG while service remains as sub-standard as it currently is. Nevermind the fact that I'm paying for internet but not actually getting what I've paid for. Please sort this out ASAP or you will be losing a customer. I'm sure I'm not the only one either.
