Get online support

Internet keeps disconnecting

So, "Support" are not taking phone calls...they are working from home giving support via internet...using TPG internet provider I am assuming....so now that we are getting internet cut off every few minutes and can't get on the net or by miracle we can get on the net via mobile phone connection through some other provider....we CAN'T get support because all the support people can't get internet connection neither!!!
