Hi there, for the last couple of days at certain times from 4pm and onwards our internet keeps dropping out for hours and doesnt come back during midnight or early morning. I do get message on NBN maintaince but they're on another date. The router and moderm are fine and this is the first time this is happening.
Let us check the connection and get to this sorted out, could you send us your details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file) via PM so we can perform initail assessment to the service?
