Internet light not on

Level 2


My NBN box has all 4 lights on but the modem/router only has the 2.4G, 5G and WAN lights on. The internet light has been off for the last 2 days. I have tried resetting both devices but nohting changed. Thanks for the help.


Hi @katherinemonk, we have checked the status of your connection and it appears to be up and running now.


Should you encounter the same issue, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage.
