Dear TPG support,
I'm here like many other customers that have problems with their internet connection.
My home internet was working perfectly fine one hour ago, I reset the router multiple times and still not getting the internert led to turn on)
I've called the TPG support line 13 14 23 with no success, they basically direct you to the online chat that is also disabled at the moment.
For me is important to get the internet working back again because I work from home due to the new measures for the Covid19
I live in Hawthorn in case there is a problem related to this area, the account is under the username 'jessesue99'

I would like to know what sort of service do you have? NBN/ADSL?
Perhaps you can check if any outage on the area before.

Thank you very much for those links, before comming to this forum I checked the service status in my area, and no outages were reported.
After troubleshooting my router(reset it multiple times, the internet light on the router is still off) I'm pretty sure is a problem with the internet service, I even entered to the router configuration page and it says it doesn't have internet connection.
I don't know if you could possible check my connection status, I've written my user name for the tpg account on earlier post in this thread
