Its two weeks now and my internet has been stop since two weeks i tried to call you so many times but no one reply. My house number is 0399731155. Can you check issues and let me know what to do?

I cannot see any issue on your TPG ADSL service, it may possible modem faulty, if you still with no internet could you tried with another modem?
