Internet not working

The Internet is not working since yesterday and i try to get support by chat and there is no answer while 3 hours

Hi Yosepoh87,

 

You have an ADSL service, could you check if there is a dialtone present, it must be clear.

If so, the troubleshooting will be checking with spare router, if any filter please removed while testing.
