Internet at home is not working properly and since Friday afternoon to Monday morning, there were hardly anytime when connection was available.
So far, I've two visits from NBN and have been advised that this may be due to internal wiring. I got that fixed too and it worked from last Sunday afternoon to Friday afternoon without much trouble and since then it is hardly working.
As we're working form home these days, we need it more than the usual days. Can someone help. I was told when I contacted last time, that a senior person will come (two visits from NBN) but same gentleman was there again. Please refer to ticket no 10389940 if you need more details.
