I contacted TPG support regarding internet outage after confirming online that there is no NBN outage or TPG outage planned or reported, however after some troubleshooting activities with the support person , i was informed that there is a planned outage in my area, just that the notification has only been sent internally via email and not published online. I have been told to wait for 24-48 hours and then I will receive a notification once the service is restored. I find this a little odd considering i should have been sent a notification of any planned outage prior to the start of activity and also if it's a planned acitivity how come the outage time varies from 24-48 hours. Anyone experincing outage in hillside area in victoria.
