Get online support
For the last month or so the Internet has been dropping out and slow. With the current situation and people working from home this is not acceptable. I have called but your tech guys provide no answers and act very dodgy. I even caught him lying to me about my connection issues.
Today I have 1mbps down and around 9mbps up.. this is not acceptable.
If you cant resolve this soon I will be forced to find a better provider.
I cant even load the speedtest site to upload my test results.
