Internet slow Belfield

We have very slow internet, too slow to be able to use for anything, have phoned TPG for assistance, no one answers the phone, not sure what we need to do, this problem started yesterday, we have rebooted the nbn black box and modem several times but the internet is still slow HELP .

Let us get to the bottom of this, to better understand what causing slow connection, send us your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file).
