Internet speed disruption

Hi,

I am on the NBN FTTN50 in Hunters Hill. Recently, I am getting 1.5-3mbps download speed. Previously at worst I would get 21mbps. This disruption has been going on in the last week or so. I have reset many times. What is happening?
