Thanks for raising this to us. We're sad to know that you're having speed issues with the service. I was able to locate the account using your community details and ran an initial test ata the same time. The result shows the service is getting a passing speed on the line.
This issue could be caused by Wireless Interference, we did an article that will improve the wireless connection at home, please see links below.
We'd like to confirm if you have tried to perform a speed test using a desktop/laptop connected via LAN/ethernet cable for comparative testing. If not yet, please do the test and post the result on this thread for addiitonal reference.
