I believe my internet connection was given to my owner’s NBN port. I have followed all the instructions but no internet. But I am paying money for my new connection since 2 days. I tried reaching tpg team, but I was on hold for an hour. But it was of no help. My account number 6775065, I hope someone to call me and resolve the concern at the earliest.
