Internet very slow

My NBN internet has been incredibly slow for the last 2 weeks. It does not even register a speed test. It is fine over the weekends but not the weekdays.

The chat function does not work. Could someone please contact me? Otherwise I'm cancelling the service.

It is so slow it does not register a speed on weekdays. Only after 10pm weekdays and weekends. My customer ID is Garciaquek. Could you please help?
