Please turn on our internet as we have paid the connection fee..received and plugged in the modem..nbn is active..you said that it would be active within 24 hrs on Friday and still nothing..we will be contacting consumer affairs if this is not turned on within 24 hrs

 same with my daughter. However the post I put in yesterday they removed over night
