I've had cause to exchange a LOT of emails with TPG customer support recently. I used to have quite a bit of respect for TPG support, but the email replies I've been getting recently either indicate the people answering aren't reading my emails properly, are only capable of scripted answers or the answers are generated by AI.
Technical support is still of a high standard but customer support and customer complaints have seriously slipped. Makes me wonder.
