Is the Huawie modem HG658 locked to TPG or can I use the modem with other NBN providers like Belong ?

Hi @khaled2128,

 

TPG supplied modem/router is not locked. But for the NBN modem that we supplied the phone port/VoIP port will only work if use to TPG network.
