Isolated power outage no internet

Hi we have fttn internet and we recently had some electrical work done and since our power has been back on we haven’t had the internet this is what our modem looks like it’s now been almost 48 hours

     Please check your phone wire  connected to the phone socket and DSL port on the modem 

if still got issues, 

please send me a PM (private message) with your CID (customer identification number) or your mobile phone number so can look at this service for you
