Tired of pathetic customer service of TPG.
No response to queries and no internet since activation. But I am being charged..
My ticket number - 10379687
I want to disconnect TPG so that i could take some other service.
Can someone suggest - protocol to disconnect TPG service.
And any idea how to raise complaint to ACCC
