The issue affecting the service is still under investigation by our Engineering Team, we will chase this with them for additional reference on file. We can see that you have been in contact with one of our Engineers and provide the appointment for a NBN Technician to check the line. Further updates will be provided via SMS or Phone call, we apologise for any inconvenience.
It is now the second week of intermittent rain and I have no internet EVERY time it rains
The NBN technicians only come on sunny days and can not find the faults
I think it is time for me to escalate this to someone who can get something done and get me a refund and maybe a different provider
