It’s time to leave

Internet has been too slow for the past week to the point that we cannot use it. There has been no response to any enquiries or complaints and if this continues I will be changing my service provider.

Sorry if you feel that way. I ran initial test and it shows the service is getting a passing speed on the line and connected for 23h 50m. Please see my initial response to your post located here.
