Hi there, I am going to move tomorrow to the new home and I tried many many times to contact TPG team via Live Chat but I couldn’t get in touch with anyone. Also, I sent an email to three different emails of TPG, but no one replied. I need to move my plan to the new home as I need to use the internet every day and I cannot stay without internet. I am really thinking to move to another NBN provider if they keep ignoring me.
Anyone has the same issue can tell me what should I do to contact them?
