Live Helper Chat

Hi all. I have been using the Live Helper Chat functionality to talk online with TPG in real time, but find it doesnt always 'pop up' from every TPG page  Does someone have the link to access the Live Web Chat ?

https://www.tpg.com.au/support/accountsandbilling_form is one of the pages where the Chat option is offered. The Chat option will pop up if we have available Chat Team members to assist you. You may need to expand the small "Live chat is online window" in the bottom right hand side of your desktop browser.
