Between 6pm and 11.50pm on 9 May 2020, inwards emails bounced back to senders.
I checked my system (Mac using Apple Mail), and found that the inwards server setting (mail.tpg.com.au) was greyed out.
I then went to the TPG Post Office and found all emails had been deleted (Inbox, Outbox, Drafts etc).
I tested by sending an email to myself. This processed.
I then tested by going to mail and sending an email to myself. This processed.
How do I recover my lost server-based emails?

I have made a couple of chat line followups. Ticket ref 10489366. Initially reported mid Sunday. No response by the postmaster team.

Sitting at my computer all day waiting for an online reply is not an option.
Not your issue, but this online approachg is clumsy and time wasting. Not a good or cost-effective approach to customer service.
