Massive latency spikes and drop outs over past 3 days

Moorooka QLD 4105 - Hybrid Fibre Coaxial on NBN Cable 50 plan

 

Frequent crushing latency spikes and disconnects since Sunday 13/12

Lagging, disconnecting and slow reconnection to online gaming

Now also heavily impacting ability to work from home as unable to join online meetings, emails coming through in batches periodically over the day

Nil outages or issues reporting on TPG or NBNco websites

 

Any assistance appreciated

I was able to locate the account using your community details, we've seen that you have been in contact with our Technical Team and the issue has been escalated to our Engineering Team for further handling and investigations. Based on the update on file, there has been an issue on the modem/router's connection to our network. Assessment may take 24-48hrs, updates will be provided via SMS or Phone call when it becomes available.
