Hello I am unable to access my webmail/post office email account as message says 'max number of logons'. Here is the message I get all the time and cannot access my mailbox . I have tried via Chrom3 and Via Mozille Firefox and still the same message displays.
he error message returned from the server includes:
SQLSTATE[42000] [1203] User atmail already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections
Once the database connection details have been resolved, reload your browser to continue with the session.
I have logged this with your Technical Support people over 3 days ago and it was to be escalated to the Postmaster. My thanks, would really appreciate a speedy resolution.
