I have a TPG NBN account (started as an ADSL account and migrated) that has several slave email addresses linked to it. We mostly use webmail these days but still have the slave email addresses listed as recovery email addresses for our webmail accounts, and one is still used as a primary email account for my parter's work.
I have applied to change to wireless broadband, and have a new username and account number; is it possible to migrate the slave email addresses to my new account? I see the old account is linked to my new one when I log in to the new account under "My Account" but when I try to log in to webmail with my new account name I get kicked back to the log in screen every time - I've tried 2 browsers, emptied cache etc.
If it's not possible to migrate the slave email addresses to my new account, will they remain active indefinitely?
Hi @AnnaLP,
Welcome to the community!
I would love to help arrange our Account Specialists to contact you and discuss details about the migration of the Email Address from the old TPG service to the new Wireless Broadband Account. Please drop me a private message with the old and new account details (Customer ID/Username) also include your best contact number and preferred time.
How do I private message (PM) in the community
